NOTICE NO. (JUL/28/05) Date: 28.07.2026
In connection with the by election to be conducted for Manjalpur constituency on 30.07.2026. Some of the booths for holding the election are going to be accommodated on the campus of Prince Ashokraje Gaekwad School. Accordingly the following may be taken note of.
1) Students of classes I to XII shall reach the school campus latest by 7.15 a.m. on Wednesday, 29.07.2026. They will have classroom teaching till 11 a.m. and they shall disperse from the school campus after the classes get over at 11 a.m.
2) Classroom teaching has been suspended on Thursday, 30.07.2026 and all the students of classes I to XII need not come to school on 30.07.2026.
3) There will be regular school on Friday 31.07.2026. All the students of classes I to XII dressed in Friday appropriate uniform shall reach the school campus latest by 7.15 a.m. on Friday, 31.07.2026. They shall disperse from the school at the usual time on Friday, 31.07.2026.

Jagannathji Rathyatra celebration will take place on Thursday, 16-07-2026. As usual the Rath will be hauled from the temple complex to the main school complex. In this connection, the following points may be taken note of and acted accordingly: 1. There shall be a holiday for the students of classes I to III on Thursday, 16-07-2026. They need not come to school on Thursday, 16-07-2026. 2. Students of classes IV to XII shall come to school, at 08:30 a.m. and they shall disperse from the school at about 12:30 p.m. The students coming to school shall be dressed in traditional attire: boys in pyjama kurta and girls in chaniya choli.
3. Friday,17-07-2026 shall be a regular working day for all the students and teachers.

Due to the scorching heat and rising temperatures, the school has decided to revise the school timings with effect from Wednesday, 22 April 2026.
All students are required to report to school by 7:00 a.m. for Classes I to X and XII.
The dispersal timings will be as follows:
Classes I & II: 11:40 a.m.
Classes III to X & XII: 12:00 noon
These revised timings will remain in effect until Thursday, 30 April 2026.
Normal school timings will resume after the summer vacation. Please find attached time-table as well.
1st Period – 7:00 to 7:40 a.m.
2nd Period – 7:40 – 8:20 a.m.
3rd Period – 8:20 – 9:00 a.m.
4th period – 9:00 a.m. – 9:40 a.m.
Recess – 9:40 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
5th period – 10:00 – 10:40 a.m.
6th period – 10:40 – 11:20 a.m.
7th period – 11:20 – 12:00 noon
